First Aid

Please check whether the flap on the top of the photo box opened is. If the flap shut is, you can easily open it upwards again. If you find that it is open and the flash is taking pictures NOT triggers, please give us a call.

If there is a power failure or someone unintentionally unplugged the photo box, please plug it back in. The photo box is programmed so that it automatically reboots to the previous state. This may take a few minutes. If nothing happens after 5-10 minutes, please give us a call. Opening the devices yourself is strictly prohibited and may result in additional costs. In rare cases, it can happen that the screen suddenly doesn't show anything anymore. In this case, please call us without further action.

Please check that the printer is powered up. To do this, carefully lift up the white aluminum cover and check whether the LEDs on the left side of the printer are lit. Ideally, all LEDs (except “Error”) are green. If you can see some red LEDs here, please give us a call. The paper may also be empty. See next point.

The printer consists of 2 units, which must be replaced at the same time if the paper runs out at your party. Here are the detailed instructions:

When you've done both, the printer prints 5 blank prints and is fully ready for use again.
