Of course. You can create a design yourself or we can help you with it. The smaller the frame, the more you'll see of your video.
Within Vienna, delivery, setup and takedown are included in the price.
Outside Vienna a travel fee applies – it depends on the distance and is shown transparently in your quote. We work throughout Austria.
Yes, a connection is required here – both for processing the clips and for sharing via QR code. Both run through a cloud.
We bring our own mobile internet. We can't guarantee in advance that reception at any given venue will be enough – it's often weak in cellars, halls and older buildings. A stable network on site is the safer option. Best to clarify this early with your venue.
The actual recording takes 5 to 7 seconds, and the finished clip runs around 15 seconds – slow motion and effects stretch it beyond the raw recording time.
Getting the video onto a phone takes another 20 to 30 seconds. In practice that means a group is done in just over a minute, and the next one can already step up.
We need a standard power outlet.
The photo booth itself is very compact and does not require much space. So that your photos are perfect and group photos can also be taken, we recommend a distance of approx. 2 meters from the photo box.
Plan on around 4 × 4 metres. The camera arm rotates above the guests, so it needs clearance all around – noticeably more than a photo booth. Ceiling height matters too: it gets tight in low rooms. Tell us when you enquire how high your room is, so we can check in advance.
No. You pay nothing upfront.
We work on the principle "work first, pleasure second": the invoice comes after your event, once everything has gone smoothly.
With the 360° Videobooth, supervision is always included – it isn't optional here. One of our staff is on site throughout the entire event: they operate the camera arm, keep things running smoothly, and help guests get their clip onto their phone.
Yes. There's no raised platform and no step – guests stand at ground level, and the camera arm rotates above them.
That makes the 360° Videobooth wheelchair accessible too. Still, give us a heads-up when you enquire if accessibility matters for your event – we'll pay extra attention to access when setting up.
You can book our TV stand separately. The videos are broadcasted live here. They then appear on the screen in the form of a slideshow and you can also download them directly from there using the QR code displayed.
We handle this flexibly and charge no cancellation fees.
The only exception applies to products where custom-made parts have already been produced – the Photo Mosaic Wall or the AI Sketcher, for example. In that case we only pass on the cost of the printing materials.
Just let us know as soon as you find out. If you already have a replacement date, we're happy to hold it for you.
Both produce 360° videos – the difference is in the mechanics:
- With the 360° Ground Spinner, guests step onto a platform that rotates. The classic setup most people know.
- With the 360° Videobooth, there's no platform: the camera arm is overhead, guests stand at ground level.
In practice that means:
- Space needed: Ground Spinner around 3 × 3 metres, Videobooth around 4 × 4 metres
- Setup: Ground Spinner about an hour, Videobooth up to two
- Accessibility: only the Videobooth is ground-level and therefore wheelchair accessible
Which fits better depends on your venue and your guests – happy to advise either way.
We will focus on you and your event. You only need about 1 hour to set it up.
Yes, you can get your video on your phone right after recording and send it to your friends or share it on the web.
